Why These Terms Exist
Unimob exists to stop campus knowledge from disappearing when batches graduate. Every PYQ, note, and assignment uploaded here stays permanently, organized by your exact university and subject, so the next batch doesn't start from zero.
These Terms exist to keep the community high-quality, protect the students who upload, and make sure everyone plays fair. By using Unimob, you agree to these rules.
Your Access to the Services
To use Unimob, you must be at least 13 years of age. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using Unimob on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Your Content and Responsibilities
You retain ownership of any content you upload to Unimob. By uploading content, you grant Unimob a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and improving the platform.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not violate the intellectual property rights of any third party. If you upload copyrighted materials, make sure you have the right to share them or that they fall under fair use for educational purposes.
Community Rules
Keep Unimob a place where students can focus and help each other:
- No harassment, bullying, or hate speech
- Share authentic, original content or properly attributed materials
- Respect the privacy of other users
- Protect minors and do not share inappropriate content
- No impersonation of other users or organizations
- Keep all activities legal under applicable law
- Don't spam, don't game the voting system, don't upload junk
Moderation and Enforcement
Unimob reserves the right to moderate content and enforce community rules. Content may be reviewed by community moderators (students from your own campus) and platform administrators. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Community moderation keeps quality high. If your upload gets rejected, it's not personal. It's to make sure the library stays useful for everyone.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Unimob may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any reason at our discretion, with or without notice.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Unimob is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Study materials are uploaded by students. We don't verify accuracy. Use your judgment. Don't rely solely on Unimob for exam prep. It's a tool, not a replacement for attending class.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the platform. Your continued use of Unimob after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Cancellation Policy
Payments are one-time and non-refundable. We do not use auto-renewing subscriptions. Your Premium Pass expires automatically at the end of its duration. There is nothing to cancel.
Refund Policy
All purchases on Unimob are final. We do not offer refunds for credit purchases, premium resource unlocks, or Premium Pass payments. Make sure you understand what you're buying before you complete the purchase.
Shipping Policy
Unimob is a 100% digital platform. All products and services are delivered instantly online. We do not ship physical goods, and therefore shipping policies do not apply.
Exchange Policy
All products and services on Unimob are digital and delivered instantly. Exchanges are not applicable.
